Tom has over 35 years of Sales, Marketing and Operations experience primarily in the Carbon & Graphite Industries.  He has been a global Division President, Managing Director of a Joint Venture in China, Head of a multi division 5 plant operation in the USA.

He has successfully operated P&L's from $10 million up to $150 million as well as Sales operations of over $450 million.

Adding to his global business experience, Tom has lived and operated in Switzerland, China, Germany and the USA, along with directing sales teams in Asia, Western Europe, Africa, Eastern Europe and the Americas.
